The design requests can only be submitted through the web form and will be confirmed via email address provided by the visitors.
Once the design request data is submitted, our designers will process the design idea and provide a status update to the customer for them to pay online.
All design templates, files will be forwarded to customers via email linked as downloadable files. We will deliver the artwork, designs to you by email only.

Our Design Service is considered delivered to you when submitted via email.
Payments and Refund Policy
We do not charge recursive payments and payments are order based and one time only.
Our designing services are not refundable, we believe that you understand the costs for designers to maintain their software license and studio time.
